Reconstitution math, with the work shown.
Enter what’s in your vial, the water you added, the amount you chose and your syringe. You get the concentration, the volume, the units to draw and every step, so you can check it. It never suggests an amount.

How the math works
Four steps, the same ones the calculator shows. Knowing them lets you check any answer, ours included.
1 · What’s in the vial
The amount printed on the label: the powder before anything is added.
2 · The water you add
It dissolves the powder and spreads it evenly through the liquid.
3 · Concentration
Amount ÷ water. amount in vial ÷ mL of water is how much is in each mL.
4 · The mark
Your amount ÷ concentration gives mL. On a U-100 syringe, mL × 100 is the units mark.
Check every number yourself. This does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and nothing else. It does not suggest, recommend or check any amount, and it is not medical advice. Research compounds are not approved by the FDA for human use. Talk to a doctor before making any health decision. You use this calculator at your own risk. See the terms.
In the Peptivist app the calculator also handles blends, starts from your real vials, shows how many draws are left and when you run out, and can save the mark to your schedule. Open Peptivist.
