Most things have an answer here. If yours does not, the address at the bottom reaches a person.
The sign-in code has not arrived
Peptivist has no password. You type your email address and we send a numeric code, which is what you enter to sign in. If it has not shown up:
Check spam, and check the address you typed
The code goes to that exact address. A typo produces no error, because we do not tell anybody whether an address has an account — that would let a stranger find out whether you use Peptivist.
Wait a minute before asking for another
Requesting a second code immediately is rate-limited, and each new code cancels the one before it. If two arrive, only the newest works.
Type the code — do not follow a link
The email leads with the code because the code is what the app is waiting for.
Somebody invited me and I cannot accept it
An invitation is tied to the address it was sent to, and that is deliberate: it is what stops a forwarded link being usable by whoever finds it.
Sign in with the same address the invitation was sent to and it will be waiting for you when you open the app — you do not need the link or the token. If you already signed up with a different address, ask whoever invited you to send a new invitation to the one you actually use.
I paid and the app still says Free
Purchases are confirmed by the store and then reach us, which takes a moment rather than being instant. If the plan has not updated after a few minutes, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still has not, write in from the address on the account and say which plan you bought and roughly when.
Cancelling a subscription
Apple and Google own the subscription, not Peptivist, so there is no cancel button in the app and we cannot cancel one for you. On iPhone: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends.
Getting your records out, or deleting them
Both live in More → Settings, both are free on every plan, and neither is behind the paywall. Export my records gives you spreadsheets and a PDF of every profile you own. Delete my account and data is permanent and cannot be undone by anybody, including us — take an export first if you want one. Full detail on the deletion page.
Something is wrong with what the app is showing
Tell us what you expected and what you saw. The useful details are: which screen, which profile, what you had just done, and the date the entry is on. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Do not send bloodwork, photographs, or anything you would not want in an email. We can almost always work it out from a screenshot with the sensitive part cropped or covered, and email is not a place to put a lab panel.
Write to us
Peptivist is sold by Opsgrip LLC, which is why the address is an opsgrip.com one. Write from the address on your account where you can — for anything touching the account itself we cannot act on a request we cannot tie to it, and that protection is the point rather than an obstacle.
