Peptivist
Delete your account
You can do this yourself, from inside the app, on any plan. It is never behind the paywall and you do not need to contact anybody.
In the app
Open More → Settings → Delete my account and data. The screen lists, by name, every profile that will be deleted and every one that will be handed to somebody else, before you confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — nobody at Opsgrip can restore it for you.
What is deleted
- Every profile you own that nobody else has claimed — their schedules, doses, logs, measurements, lab results, photographs, inventory and change history.
- Every file you uploaded: bloodwork PDFs and body photographs are removed from storage, not just unlinked.
- Your login itself, and the record of the disclaimer and age check you accepted.
What is not
Profiles other people have claimed
If somebody you were tracking has their own login now, that profile is theirs. It is handed to them complete rather than destroyed — deleting your account must not delete somebody else’s medical history.
Profiles shared with you
You lose access to them. Nothing of theirs is deleted.
Your subscription
Apple and Google own that, not Peptivist, and deleting your data here cannot reach it. Cancel it in the App Store or Play Store or you will keep being billed.
Take a copy first, if you want one
More → Settings → Export my records gives you everything on the profiles you own, as spreadsheets and a PDF. Export is free on every plan. Once the account is deleted there is nothing left to export.
If you cannot reach the app
Email peptivistsupport@opsgrip.com from the address on the account. We will verify it is yours and delete it for you. We cannot act on a request from an address we cannot tie to the account — that protection is what stops somebody else deleting your records.
Backups
Deletion removes your records from the live database and from file storage immediately. Database backups are taken daily and seven days are kept — a deleted account’s records age out of them within that week, and a backup is never used to restore a deleted account.
Your uploaded files are not in those backups at all. Database backups cover the database, which holds only a record that a file exists — not the file. When you delete, the bloodwork and the photographs are removed from storage there and then, and there is no backup copy of them to outlive it.
Peptivist is sold by Opsgrip LLC. If you are in Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, you have additional rights over consumer health data — see the consumer health data page.
